SHIPPING POLICY & FAQ
Are your products authentic Yes! All our Korean skincare products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted suppliers in South Korea. We curate only premium, genuine products to ensure you receive the quality you deserve.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes We offer standard shipping to the United States. Estimated delivery times are 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. We do not offer express shipping at this time.
Tracking Information(For USA Orders) We will email an update with the tracking number as soon as the order ships. Please note that tracking may take up to 2 business days to update in the USPS system after handover from South Korea. USPS delivery might leave a notice because of signature requirement in an attempted delivery. In case this happens, just sign the back of the notice and leave it in your mailbox for your package to be place inside.

🇸🇬 Singapore — Flat rate Shipping of S$20 over S$102 SGD
🇲🇾 Malaysia — Flat rate shipping of RM71 over RM355 MYR
🇹🇭 Thailand — Flat rate shipping of ฿540 over ฿2,700 THB
🇵🇭 Philippines — Flat rate shipping of ₱855 over ₱4,275 PHP

Why We Charge a Flat Rate for Shipping
At Kara Glow Shop, we source and ship our products directly from South Korea to ensure you receive authentic, high-quality Korean skincare and beauty products. Because of the distance and the nature of international shipping — which includes carrier fees, customs processing, documentation, duties, and insurance — shipping costs are an unavoidable part of getting your order to you safely and reliably.
Rather than inflating our product prices to hide shipping costs, we believe in full transparency. We charge a flat rate and equivalent rates for international zones, so you always know exactly what you're paying. For smaller orders, our weight-based rates ensure you only pay for what your order actually costs to ship — nothing more.
We are committed to keeping our shipping fees as fair as possible while maintaining the quality, authenticity, and care that every Kara Glow order deserves.
Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier partner from South Korea to ensure product authenticity and quality.
DDP — Duties Covered (no extra fees at delivery): United States + EU Countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
DDU — Southeast Asia & Japan: Orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
📋 Country-Specific Restrictions
🇪🇸 Spain: Cosmetics ship to mainland Spain only. Excluded postal codes: 35xxx, 38xxx, 51xxx, 52xxx, 07xxx.
🇵🇭 Philippines: Standard shipping available for post codes: 25~, 29~, 33~, 36~, 38~, 40~, 48~, 49~, 51~, 52~ only. We are unable to ship to Palawan Island (5314–5317) and Mindoro Island (5110–5111).
🇺🇸 US Territories & Military Bases: We are currently unable to ship via Standard to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, VI, MP, AS, or APO military bases.
📄 Required Documentation Some countries require recipient ID for customs clearance. We may contact you before dispatch if your country is listed:
- Argentina: ID Number (Cuit/Cuil, DNI, or Passport)
Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
International Shipping YES! We now offer International Shipping to some EU countries and Some countries in Southeast Asia and Japan.
🚫 Currently Unavailable Destinations We are temporarily unable to ship to: Ghana, Nigeria, Lebanon, Morocco, Mozambique, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, UAE, Algeria, Ethiopia, Oman, Jordan, Iran, Israel, Zambia, Djibouti, Zimbabwe, Qatar, Kenya, Cayman Islands, Kuwait, Tanzania, Tunisia.
Payment Methods We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Buy Now, Pay Later options through Affirm and Afterpay. Some countries maybe limited to the use of BNPL Platform.
Can I pay installments Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Affirm and Afterpay, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Simply select Affirm or Afterpay at checkout.
🗓️ Dispatch Delays Orders ship from South Korea. Dispatch may be delayed during Korean public holidays.
What if a product arrives damaged We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Can I cancel or modify my order Orders are processed quickly to get your products to you as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it.
